Our lives have been temporary changed as the COVID-19 Virus (Coronavirus) has begun spreading not just in our country, but the entire world. Fears of the virus are not all that has people nervous, but also the repercussions that a pandemic of this size will cause to our daily lives. As the virus continues to spread, so will the protective measures we as people and a community will take to continue to move forward.
There will be changes happening as we learn more about the COVID-19 virus that will help us all and our pets/animals. Effective immediately and until further notice, the Kritter Koncierge will not be scheduling non essential face-to-face appointments to help prevent the spreading of any germs. We will still provide petcare and service to your pets/animals in a stronger contained atmosphere with little to no face-to-face human contact. Additional preventative measures such as wearing gloves and masks, sanitation of work areas and public ways, and thorough communication will help us better serve you during this pandemic.
We ask that you inform our staff at any time if you should feel sick or ill. As COVID-19 continues to play a large health risk, we will not have any cancellation fees for any appointments cancelled due to any illness or Covid-19. Safety and health will always continue to be our number one goal at the Kritter Koncierge and we will continue to strive to this goal through this pandemic. Our thoughts will remain with all people and our kritters that have been effected by the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue working with local communities as best as we can!
