Imagine your fluffy pup turning into a shivering popsicle, paws high-stepping through the snow like it’s lava, or your kitty burrowing under every blanket in sight, plotting a feline coup for the heater—welcome to Wisconsin winter extremes, where wind chills are diving to minus 38°F this weekend and making even the toughest doggos do the dramatic paw-lift dance!
